Endo Trauma

A remote, non-interactive practice for chronic pelvic pain.

Remote, non-interactive sessions for chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis.

No phone. No video. No intake call.

Sessions are scheduled. You rest. Notes are sent afterward.

You've tried everything.

Dismissed by doctors. Told it's normal. Birth control as the only option. Tracked cycles, eliminated foods, tried supplements. Maybe surgery. Still in pain.

Endometriosis affects everything. The pain. The exhaustion. The isolation of carrying something invisible.

What This Work Does Not Do

This work does not treat endometriosis.

This work does not process your story.

This work does not diagnose, guide, or interpret.

This work does not require conversation, insight, or participation.

What is offered is sustained, non-directive attention — without instruction, interpretation, or required participation.

Practitioner: Cait Greeley

Training includes Traditional Chinese Medicine, somatic therapy, trauma release, and nutritional therapy. Certified birth and postpartum doula.

This work emerged from long-term personal experience with endometriosis alongside clinical and somatic training. That experience functions as context, not credential.

Practice is small. Scope is limited. Claims are bounded.

How It Works

Booking

Sessions are scheduled via online booking. You select a time. Confirmation is sent by email.

Session

Sessions are 60 minutes. At the scheduled time, rest in a quiet space.

Afterward

Written notes are sent within 24 hours. They describe what was observed. They do not interpret.

What Happens

At the scheduled time, you lie down. No meditation, visualization, or reporting necessary.

Attention is sustained and non-directive, oriented toward bodily experience. Nothing is sent, activated, or directed.

Afterward, written notes are sent.

Why Distance

No one is watching. No one is touching. Nothing is asked.

The body is home. The body is alone.

Questions

This does not rely on energy transfer, intention-setting, or belief.

Attention is sustained while the body is at rest. Nothing is asked of it. Many people experience it less as something happening and more as a shift in how the body settles when nothing is required.

Skepticism is not a problem.

This does not depend on belief, openness, or trust. The body does not need to cooperate.

A single session is available to see how the body responds before committing to a series.

There is no single experience.

Some feel little. Some notice warmth or heaviness. Some fall asleep. The absence of sensation is not a failure.

Most choose a series rather than a single session. A single session is available for those who want to start there. This is cumulative. Sessions can be stopped at any time.

This is not a results-based intervention.

There are no guarantees and no benchmarks. Changes, if they occur, vary.

No.

This does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. It exists alongside it.

Talking is not the point.

The absence of conversation is part of the structure. The body does not need to explain, narrate, or be understood.

This is not focused on organs.

Patterns do not disappear with surgery. This work meets the body where it is now.
